Seen from an elevated vantage point, Broadway stretches into the distance on a rain-soaked night, its surface alive with reflections from headlights, streetlamps, and towering neon signs. Traffic flows steadily through the wet streets as pedestrians cluster along sidewalks and corners, their movements softened by mist and motion blur. Iconic illuminated advertisements rise above the scene, anchoring the composition and emphasizing the vertical scale of mid-century New York City. Photographed in 1967, the image captures the density, energy, and electric glow of Broadway after dark, with rain transforming the city into a luminous grid of light and movement.

Limited Edition Collector Print on fine art paper from high-resolution scan of original Kodachrome 35mm color slide. Formatted to maintain original slide aspect ratio. Limited Edition prints are restricted to a small, total quantity across all sizes offered. Once an edition is sold out, it will be permanently archived. Each Limited Edition print is embossed with Irving A.J. Lawres' signature and hand numbered on recto, estate signed and stamped on verso, and includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity with an image of the original 35mm slide.
